Our mast blanks are clear laminated douglas fir, boom, yard and sprit blanks are sitka spruce or cypress, scarfed for ease of assembly. These spars are strong, stable, relatively light, and resistant to warping. Just epoxy the scarf joint, then shape the blank to your design. This is the same spar stock we use in our boat kits.

Blanks are planed on four sides to the maximum dimensions needed for the design specified, ready for final shaping. Due to ground shipping restrictions, the maximum spar length is 93". Use the pull-down to select the spar design needed.
